Results after ROUND 2 of the Sensas Erne Anglers Float Only Winter league on the Rosslea Lakes.
27 anglers fished the second match in the Erne Anglers Float only league today on the Roslea Lakes.
Despite the threat of gales and driving rain the weather for the day held up until the match was complete.
Individual winner of the second match was Paul Leese (Cootehill) 8.000kgs on Inver peg 18.
Runner up was Neil Mazurek (Cootehill) 7.680Kgs on Lyons peg 10, while Tony Kersley (Ballycassidy) 6.450kgs on Inver peg 16.
Catches were made up mainly of small fish on the Pole.
Other section winner were;
Nick Howell (Kilskeery) 3.350kgs – Inver Low
Paul Eyers (Enniskillen) 5.520kgs – Drumacritten.
Dave Ensor (Carrybridge) 2.240kgs – Killyfole

About Me
Hello, my name is David Herron and welcome to David's end peg!I live in Northern Ireland and work as a Graphic Designer. I started fishing at the age of 8/9 and I was a member of Fairline Fishing Club since I was at the age of 14 and regularly fished both their Coarse & Pike club competitions. I used to fish the Drennan Super League & Angling Times Winter leagues with Lurgan VDE, and learned alot of skills from team fishing but sadly big competitions like this don't exist any more. I'm a member of Sensas Erne Anglers and Lurgan Dynamite Fox Match.
I have started to take my Match Fishing seriously over the past couple of years since I finished University and settled into a full time job.
2011 saw me get my first Cap for Ireland having been selected to fish on the Celtic Cup Team for the event over at Magiscroft Fishery in Scotland.
I've also been selected to fish for Tubertini Ireland at the 2012 World Championship in the Czech Republic so I'll also be updating my blog with some preparation for this event.
